About Our Process

We encourage you to browse all our fence types, and use the free online estimate calculator to complete your initial research.  Once you are ready, our process is simple:

1. Schedule an on-site survey and estimate.  The $50 fee is deducted from the cost of your fence installation if you choose to go with us.
   
2. Sign the formal estimate, which becomes your contract, and pay the initial deposit to cover the cost of materials.
   
3. You will be given an estimated installation date.  Due to factors beyond our control, such as periods of bad weather, we will confirm again when we are within 30 days of your installation date.
   
4. Enjoy your beautiful new fence!

Click on "Schedule On-Site Survey and Estimate", select the date and time you want the Estimator to come out.  Someone from Phoenix Fencing will contact you within 1 business day to confirm and make arrangements for the $50 payment (usually a link to our online payment portal via Quickbooks).  If you choose to work with us, you receive the $50 back as a credit towards your deposit.

Not at this time.  Fence repairs, especially for fences we build, are extremely rare and we prefer to focus on a consistent beautiful fence rather than patching up old fences.  In urgent situations, we may make an exception on a case by case basis. 

Absolutely, and we love to build custom fences.  There are too many variables to create a calculator, so we recommend you start with the calculator to get your base (minimum) cost for a custom fence.  When we do the on-site survey, we'll take the time to go through any special requests or customizations you want and create a formal estimate for you to use in your decision.

As a small business, building fences in our local community, we put extra quality and time into our work.  Here are some examples:

• We use SCREWS instead of nails for all our wood fences. We use pressure treated lumber (weather treated) and 40-50 lbs of concrete per post
  
• Our aluminum is .07 gauge horizontally and has a lifetime warranty from the distributor.
  
• Our vinyl is 1st generation vinyl, or virgin vinyl and comes with a 25-year warranty.
  
• If there's ever a problem, you can speak directly with the owner and get it fixed right away.  He's been building fences for about 10 years and has a passion for high quality work at every stage of the process.
