We believe in investing in our team. We’ll provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is eager to learn, has reliable transportation, and is looking to grow with us. This is a physically demanding job that will keep you in shape and give you the chance to work outside every day.

• Authorized to Work in the U.S.: We use E-Verify for employment verification.
• Physically Capable: Must be able to work outdoors in 8-hour shifts and lift 50-75 lbs throughout your shift.
• Basic Tool Skills: Experience with tools like screwdrivers, drills, circular saws, and measuring tape is a plus—but we’re happy to train you!
• Reliable and Punctual: Show up on time every day, ready to work hard and learn.
• Bilingual: English is required, but if you can speak Spanish too, that’s a big plus!
